Custom inventory and pricing software for a multi-location retailer
A hardware retailer running three sites depended on inventory and pricing software their vendor no longer supported, and the vendor's upgrade path was prohibitively expensive. We built a custom replacement that matched what they had and improved on it: pricing updates are captured automatically, items untouched for over two years are flagged for review, and partner invoicing triggers automatically when an order is placed. Because their sites can't rely on stable connectivity, we built it to keep working offline and re-sync on its own once a connection returns.
Product foundations for early-stage startup
An Australian tech startup needed to build out the front end of their product properly from the start. Their founding team is strong on product and back end, so we came in to establish the front-end foundations: the architecture and patterns the product will grow on for years. We're also supporting them on technical hiring, sitting in on engineering interviews. Like us, they're AI-forward, so we've been able to move quickly without compromising on structure.
Short-stay booking operations dashboard
Managing short-stay properties across multiple platforms means reservations, cleaning and guest access all live in different places. We built a dashboard that pulls bookings from Airbnb and Booking.com into one view, showing nights booked and the gaps between stays at a glance. It flags same-day and next-day turnovers and automatically sends a priority notification to cleaners, and it integrates with keyless door locks so new access codes are generated per booking and guests check themselves in.
