PEAKLAB LIMITED ("peakLab", "we", "us") operates peaklab.ai and provides custom software development, AI and automation, and startup product development services to businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit the form at peaklab.ai/contact, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company, country, company size, current website, a description of your challenge or project, and any technology, goals, or timeline details you select. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and scope a potential project.

Location and personalization. To show region-relevant content (for example, market-specific pages), we detect an approximate location from your network's country using request headers, or from a link's own tracking parameter if you arrived via a personalized outreach link. That location is stored in a cookie on your device for up to seven days so it persists across visits. This cookie is not used to identify you personally.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general traffic patterns). Analytics only stores identifying cookies on your device once you accept the cookie banner; if you decline, Google Analytics still receives anonymous, cookieless pings that cannot be tied to your device, consistent with Google's Consent Mode. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for peaklab.ai, which re-shows the consent banner.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form and follow up about a potential project.
• To route new leads internally: contact form submissions are forwarded to a private company messaging channel (Telegram) so our team can respond quickly. We do not use a separate marketing CRM to store this data beyond what's needed to run the engagement.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve the content and pages on peaklab.ai.
• To personalize which regional content you see, based on your detected location.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact form submissions for advertising or ad targeting.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies: an essential cookie that remembers your detected location for personalization, and, only if you accept the cookie banner, analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, or block cookies entirely in your browser settings, though some personalization features may not work correctly if you do.

Third parties

We share contact form data with the following service providers, solely to operate this site and respond to enquiries: Telegram (internal lead notifications), Google Analytics (aggregate site analytics), and Vercel (website hosting and infrastructure). None of these providers is authorized to use your information for their own purposes.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry and, if a project proceeds, for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. Location cookies expire automatically after seven days. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, including under the Australian Privacy Act, New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020, or Singapore's PDPA. To exercise any of these rights, or with any question about this policy, contact us at privacy@peaklab.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for businesses and business decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the contact form is not directed at them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or applicable law change. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
