Faster iteration loops mean it is now reasonable to start with a rough idea, see an early version, and refine from there, rather than spending weeks getting the specification exactly right before anyone writes a line of code — the same practical, low-effort approach to AI adoption that works well for the rest of your business also applies to how you scope a build.
